We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a General Assistant / Support Worker at Hartford Care Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • To prepare meals and snacks for residents, taking into account any dietary requirements or restrictions.
  • To conduct general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • To provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Requirements:

  • A compassionate and caring nature.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £22,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
