Nursing Home Manager Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join Care UK as a Clinical Care Leader, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager, providing leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff, and overseeing the delivery of clinical and pastoral care.
Responsibilities and Expectations- SUPPORT AND DEPUTISE FOR THE HOME MANAGER: Work closely with the Home Manager to provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the home.
- DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY CLINICAL AND PASTORAL CARE: Oversee the delivery of clinical and pastoral care, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care possible.
- AUDIT PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES: Regularly audit practices and procedures, care plan development, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
