Job Description:

As a Day Senior Care Assistant at Hartford Care Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents during the day. Your primary goal is to promote each person's privacy, dignity, and independence.

Your key responsibilities include supervising and leading the shift team members, creating a happy and caring atmosphere, and ensuring that all activities are carried out with care at the forefront.

To succeed in this role, you must have good team-leading skills, the ability to delegate tasks effectively, and strong organisational skills. Additionally, you should have completed or be currently undertaking your L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression within our organisation.
