Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a skilled Youth Support Specialist to join their team at Dolphin Lodge, Hythe. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality support to children and young adults, empowering them to develop the skills necessary for independent living. With a salary of £12 per hour, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting vulnerable youth.

The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children and young adults, as well as some knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. A good understanding of written and spoken English is essential.   • Provide high quality person centred support to enable and empower our young people to develop the skills necessary for independent living within legislative, regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Liaise with relevant external agencies to ensure the maximum support is delivered to enable clients to access and maintain a level of integration within the wider community.
  • Promote safe practices and undertake risk assessments within legislative frameworks and business protocols, escalating issues as appropriate.
