The Sanctuary Group is seeking a Young People's Development Officer to join their team at Dolphin Lodge, Hythe. As a Young People's Development Officer, you will work with children and young adults to help them develop the skills necessary for independent living. With a salary of £12 per hour, this role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting vulnerable youth.

The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children and young adults, as well as some knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. A good understanding of written and spoken English is essential.   • Manage the implementation of safeguarding principles and responsibilities to ensure the safety of clients and to avoid potential risk to stakeholders and the business.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable children and young adults.
