Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary at MAN Commercial Protection. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Arrangements: Assist with booking travel, managing itineraries, and making travel arrangements as needed.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Book and schedule personal and business appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our senior management team's time.
  • Diary Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date diaries for our senior management team, ensuring they are aware of all upcoming appointments and commitments.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including responding to emails, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Personal Shopping and Organization: Assist with personal shopping and organizational tasks, ensuring our senior management team's personal and professional needs are met.
  • Parcel and Courier Management: Handle parcel and courier collections and drop-offs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Appointment Booking and Reservations: Book personal appointments and reservations, ensuring our senior management team's time is utilized efficiently.
  • Subscription and Membership Management: Manage subscriptions and memberships, ensuring our senior management team's benefits and services are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Business Lunch Arrangements: Assist with booking business lunches and making arrangements for our senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our senior management team and external stakeholders.
  • Driving License: A valid driving license, with the ability to use a company vehicle.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Appearance: A smart and well-presented appearance, reflecting the high standards of our company.
