Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing initiatives. This role involves collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute strategic planning and assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns aimed at promoting account-based retail finance solutions to our partners' customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and refine Annual Marketing Plans that align with our partners' business strategies, emphasizing a digital-first approach. The objective is to assist our partners in meeting their commercial goals while ensuring a favorable return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance account-based retail finance credit performance for essential strategic partners, fostering customer acquisition and repeat transactions through suitable marketing channels.
  • Improve customer experiences by analyzing and implementing enhancements that align with both partnership goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies for significant initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines for development, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with campaign production and data teams, following internal protocols to guarantee timely and effective communication delivery.
  • Establish strong relationships with counterparts at strategic partner organizations, refining communication strategies through a test-and-learn methodology.
  • Present marketing performance updates and outcomes at key partnership meetings on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration to create and implement strategies that retain valuable customers and enhance their lifetime value.
  • Continuously enhance customer experiences across all interaction points, in line with our digital transformation objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies through a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing digital agencies.
  • Expertise in partnership management; strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, occasionally taking a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in campaign management, planning, and briefing.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate and timely reporting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Experience in Financial Services and App management is desirable.
