We are seeking a passionate Culinary Team Member to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef to work with our leading provider of catering services to the education sector. As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our high standards.
- Menu Management: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our food services remain fresh and exciting.
- Kitchen Operations: Identify opportunities to improve our food services and take action to address any issues.
- Customer Service: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
- Team Support: Support your colleagues in the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
- Brand Representation: Represent Compass UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Culinary Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience supervising a team in a similar role.
- Food Safety Certifications: Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients and customers.

SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
