Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Pre-Construction and Bid teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Designers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
  • Work with other members of the Pre-Construction and Bid teams to develop the bid strategy
  • Accurately review tender documentation
  • Issue relevant information to legal team for review and share completed review
  • Carry out site visits in order to view, address, and mitigate risks wherever possible
About You
  • You will have experience working on Social Housing/Education projects, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with estimating software (preferably Conquest)
  • You will possess excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize your workload, and first-rate communication skills both written and verbal
  • You will also have a proven track record of leadership, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
