We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Pre-Construction and Bid teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
About the Role- Develop and maintain relationships with Clients, Designers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
- Work with other members of the Pre-Construction and Bid teams to develop the bid strategy
- Accurately review tender documentation
- Issue relevant information to legal team for review and share completed review
- Carry out site visits in order to view, address, and mitigate risks wherever possible
- You will have experience working on Social Housing/Education projects, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with estimating software (preferably Conquest)
- You will possess excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize your workload, and first-rate communication skills both written and verbal
- You will also have a proven track record of leadership, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure
- A competitive salary (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum), car allowance, bonus, and benefits package
