Teaching Personnel invites applications for the position of Learning Enrichment Tutor, an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to the academic growth and development of students with diverse needs. The successful candidate will possess QTS and extensive experience working with children/young people with SEND, SEMH, and other additional needs. A valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through TP Tutors is a necessity for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality learning sessions designed to maximize the potential of students requiring additional support.
- Utilize a variety of behavioral strategies to ensure student engagement and motivation.
- Develop a deep understanding of each student's needs and interests, tailoring the learning approach to meet their requirements.
- Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and plan future learning objectives.
