Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team in The Dining Room at Seaham Hall. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that all locally sourced ingredients are used to their fullest potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in your designated section of the kitchen
- Ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie
- Passionate about cooking and committed to delivering high-quality dishes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in professional cookery (desirable)
