beBee Professionals is seeking an Account Growth Executive to join their team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients to showcase products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue and maintain strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Growth Executive or similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desired).
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, with additional commission and bonus potential.
