We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wellburn Care Homes Limited. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our Home Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes.

You will be responsible for managing paperwork, maintaining the homes' diary, processing mail and invoices, and performing other administrative tasks as required. A key aspect of this role is working collaboratively with our team members to deliver exceptional care services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the role:

  • Estimated salary: £23,500 per annum, based on industry standards for similar roles
  • Location: Multiple locations across the North East
  • Working hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
