About the Role:

As an Account Manager at FMC Talent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our client's existing customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading industrial tech giant and contribute to their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with approximately 75 customers
  • Upsell additional technology solutions
  • Create and implement account plans
  • Identify and resolve customer pain points
  • Consult with customers to maximize their investment returns
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Monitor customer activity through CRM systems
  • Predict and prepare accurate sales forecasts

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of account management in the tech/SaaS space
  • Ability to consistently hit and exceed targets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Expertise in solution selling, particularly MRP/ERP solutions
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Experience growing sales in an existing customer base
  • Skill in producing accurate sales forecasts
  • Understanding of the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing industries

What We Offer:
