About the Role:
In this exciting sales role, you will visit restaurants and takeaways to showcase our all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation system. Your goal is to onboard new clients, provide exceptional after-sales support, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution: Proactively engage with potential clients, demonstrating how our product can enhance their operations, customer experience, and revenue.
  • Product Demonstration: Effectively showcase the benefits of our system, highlighting its ability to streamline processes, improve customer engagement, and increase sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Onboarding: Assist new clients with the setup and go-live process, ensuring they are comfortable using the system.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide excellent support to address any questions or issues and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in door-to-door sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sector.

What We Offer:
  • A Competitive Salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, plus commission.
