Job Title: Sales and Partnership Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Partnership Specialist to join our team at This Is Prime. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales and partnership development, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities with prospects and new clients, and build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to securing deals, with a focus on time management and pipeline development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, ideally within the hospitality or FMCG industry.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations is beneficial, as is knowledge of KPIs and their application in sales settings.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package of £38,000-42,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus up to £26,000 OTE in uncapped commission.
