Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution: Proactively visit restaurants and takeaways to demonstrate our innovative product and get them onboard.
  • Product Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate how our product can streamline their operations, enhance customer experience, and increase revenues.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Onboarding: Assist new clients with the setup and go-live process, ensuring they are comfortable using the system.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service to address any questions or issues and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategy.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in door-to-door sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and talkative with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to explain complex solutions in a simple manner.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients on-site.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
