Seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing team for our industrial doors business. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, guiding and developing the external service sales team, and delivering targeted training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and nurturing successful relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

About this role
  • Drive Sales Success: Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve revenue and gross margin targets, guiding the external team to consistently meet or exceed annual objectives.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Provide leadership to the external service sales team, motivating them to achieve their highest potential. You'll conduct regular performance reviews, offer guidance, and tailor training programs to support individual and team growth.
  • Training & Development: Deliver targeted training and development initiatives that will enhance the skills and expertise of your team, enabling them to excel in their roles.
  • Full Line Management: Take on full line management responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, and development of your team. You will also work closely with HR when needed to ensure the team operates efficiently and in line with company policies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
