Sales Consultant Position at Xavier Precision Components Co., Ltd.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven English Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain existing customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  2. Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and proposing solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders, including production planning, purchasing, and logistics.
  4. Participate in business negotiations and contract signing, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and compliant with company policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college degree or above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in order mining, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with using Excel and ERP systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
