We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Northampton. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our technical services department.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the management of engineers' uniforms and PPE, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the allocation and distribution of shared tools, ensuring they are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with the organization of department meetings and events.
  • Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service background and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
