Job Description

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our engineering team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team as directed by the Customer Service Manager/Team leader.
  • Technical Services Support: Provide administrative support of the Technical Services Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required.
  • Inventory Management: Management of Engineers Uniform & PPE.
  • Tool Coordination: Coordinate the allocation and distribution of shared tools.
  • Calibration Management: Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work.
  • Procurement: Procure necessary materials and equipment.
  • Installation Kit Production: Produce all installation kits, according to the specification provided by Project Managers / Lead Engineers.
  • Meeting Coordination: Supporting the Customer Service Manager with the organisation of Department Meetings.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate as a member of the Technical Services team, providing support to other team members where required.
  • Process Improvement: Put forward ideas and assist in the development of standards and procedures to assist in the overall development of the department and company.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Background: Strong customer service background.
  • Experience: Experience is key.
  • Adaptability: Easily adaptable to any challenges and fast-moving environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365.
