1:1 Autism Learning Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to a child with Autism, helping them to engage with their peers and develop essential life skills.
- Deliver targeted interventions to support the student's social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborate with the class teacher to create a personalized learning plan that meets the student's needs
- Provide guidance and support to the student in developing their verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Contribute to a team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care to students with Autism
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology.
- Degree in Psychology, Criminology or Sociology
- Recent graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant/Carer
- Personal or professional experience working with Autism
The school day runs from 8:30am to 3:15pm, and we are looking for a 1:1 Autism Teaching Assistant who can commit to full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Compensation Package£80-£90 per day
