Job Title: Senior Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Manager to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our performance and planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and development of system oversight meetings in NW London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the NWL System Oversight Framework across NHS providers.
  • Ensure the effective management and development of system oversight meetings in NW London.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Performance and Planning to support the implementation of the NWL System Oversight Framework.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of strategic and operational discussions, actions, and plans across providers and programmes.
  • Build and develop collaborative relationships across the health system.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare policy and the NHS.
  • Proven experience in performance management and transformation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
