DescriptionMason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Performance Team Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of performance analysts and specialists, ensuring the timely delivery of project and BAU tasks.
The Performance Team Manager will be responsible for producing and distributing performance, attribution, and ex post risk across all funds. They will also manage the onboarding and migration of all funds into a new performance platform, establishing a robust oversight model for all data feeds into a new performance engine.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Investment Performance & Attribution, implementing 3rd party Performance & Attribution applications, and a structured approach to analysis and documentation. They will also have experience of SQL, visualization tools, and Excel VBA, as well as Python.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance professional to join a high-performing team and contribute to the success of Mason Blake.
