Senior Performance Manager

Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Manager to join our dynamic team at Betfair Gaming. As a Senior Performance Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our gaming products, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement performance strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability across all gaming products.
  • Analyze key performance metrics, including player acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and churn rate, to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience, to align performance objectives and drive initiatives that enhance the gaming experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize gaming features, promotions, and user experiences.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish performance KPIs, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in performance management, preferably within the online gaming or betting industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence partners at all levels.
  • Strategic approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
