Premium Store Director

The Frasers Group is seeking a highly driven and results-focused Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in the Newcastle City Centre store. This is an exceptional chance to develop your sales leadership skills and contribute to the company's continued growth and expansion.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximizing turnover.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock.
- Stay up-to-date with current and market trends, understand forthcoming customer promotions, and monitor local competitors.
- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring all paperwork, policies, and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- Drive and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- A strong client base with a solid database of personal contacts and clients.
- Previous retail experience within the premium sector is preferred.
- Exceptional people management skills with strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial and sales data.
- A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
- An awareness of the local area.
