As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert knowledge of our toy range, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Merchandising, handling deliveries, replenishing stock, and managing prices
  • Conducting start-of-shift checks to ensure pricing accuracy, stock levels, and overall store presentation
  • Replenishing sections, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing merchandise effectively
  • Maintaining open communication with colleagues and management to ensure seamless store operations
  • Engaging with customers, offering product recommendations, and providing exceptional customer service
