Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Oxford Instruments in the EMEA region. As Head of Sales for this area, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share.
This role involves working closely with experienced Territory Sales Managers to develop and execute a plan to expand our customer base within EMEA. You will be uniquely positioned to have a positive impact on our business, leveraging your ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
With a competitive estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will also enjoy flexible working hours, 25 days annual leave, private healthcare, and a range of benefits that support your ongoing career development.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling capital goods into an academic environment and a proven track record of driving sales orders and profitability. Strong communication and team development skills are essential for success in this role.
