About the Role

As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will lead the CAMHS Crisis Pathway, working closely with senior management to develop strategic plans and partnerships. Your expertise in clinical supervision and leadership will be essential in overseeing the work of psychological therapists.

You will contribute to the development of a psychologically informed framework for care, delivering direct therapeutic interventions and providing teaching and training as needed. Your role will involve audit and quality improvement, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
