Job Title: Care Home Lead

At Additional Resources Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Care Home Lead to join our team. As a leader in a therapeutic residential care provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to children.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £42,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
  • Maintain the highest standards of care and therapeutic support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Children's Home Manager, or similar role.
  • At least 3 years' care home experience, preferably in a children's home.
  • Level 3 NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
