Nexgen Locum is seeking an Experienced Deputy Manager Lead to join our therapeutic SEMH provision in Edgware.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented clinical team and contribute to creating a nurturing and supportive home for children who have experienced trauma.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the clinical team to develop and implement innovative therapeutic approaches
  • Leading and supporting the staff team to ensure the highest standards of care and support
  • Maintaining a safe, loving, and positive environment for all children

We require a candidate with:

  • Experience in a similar role within SEMH provisions
  • A strong commitment to improving the lives of children
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Dedication to creating a therapeutic and supportive environment

What we offer:

  • A competitive salary and benefits package, estimated at £36,000 - £41,000 per year

Essential requirements:

  • DBS on the Update Service required
  • Level 3 or above in Residential Childcare required
