We are working with a prestigious Property Management company based in Hertfordshire to find an experienced Leaseholder Liaison. If you're an organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for property management, we'd love to hear from you

As a Leaseholder Liaison, you'll be responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential blocks, comprising 1,000 units across 35-40 locations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that leaseholders receive exceptional service and that their concerns are addressed promptly.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders and clients
  • Conducting regular meetings and inspections to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Managing service charge budgets and ensuring accurate billing and collections
  • Maintaining up-to-date health and safety reports across all properties

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
