Care and Support Specialist

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services that meet the unique needs of each child.
About the Job:The successful candidate will have a strong background in care and support, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in children's homes. You will work collaboratively with clinical professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that prioritize the wellbeing of children.
Key Requirements:- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager, Children's Home Manager, or similar role.
- At least 3 years' care home experience, preferably in children's homes.
- Level 3 NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £42,000.
- Company pension scheme.
- On-site parking facilities.
