Job Title: Site Care Specialist

Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment as a Site Care Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of communal areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins, and vacuuming
• Conduct regular site walks to identify and report any maintenance issues or faults
• Investigate and document all reported issues, including leaks, fire alarms, and bike theft
• Perform deep cleaning as required and dispose of rubbish in designated collection areas
• Report any maintenance issues to the development manager and perform other reasonable duties as requested

Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a caretaking position is essential
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
