About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Key Worker to join our team at Nexgen Locum. As a Senior Key Worker, you will be responsible for leading our residential care team in delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people. You will work closely with our residents, families, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for allocated residents, providing consistent support and building positive relationships.
  • Lead by example in delivering high-quality care and support, promoting best practices and guiding team members.
  • Monitor and report any concerns or incidents, ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate activities that promote personal development and independence, enabling our residents to reach their full potential.
  • Manage challenging situations calmly and effectively, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
