About the Role

Nexgen Locum is seeking an experienced Senior Key Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with residents, families, and external agencies to provide high-quality care and support.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a residential care setting, an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), and excellent communication and leadership skills.

As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary, company pension, and on-site parking.

Salary: £14 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality care and support.
  • Develop, review, and implement individual care plans, ensuring they meet residents' needs and goals.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, promoting best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, managing challenging situations effectively.
  • Liaise with families, external agencies, and professionals to ensure holistic care.
