About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our Property Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion. This includes communicating effectively with clients and third parties, providing expert legal advice during client meetings, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide expert legal advice during client meetings.
• Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress.
• Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- • Qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or equivalent Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law.
• Solid expertise in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.
• Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases.
