Senior Podiatry Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist to lead our team in providing high-quality care to patients with podiatric needs. As a Clinical Podiatry Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, planning, and managing the podiatric needs of patients in various settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and make referrals when necessary.
This is a permanent contract with a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care to a diverse range of podiatry patients in a wide variety of settings.
- To assess, diagnose, treat, plan, and manage the podiatric (lower limb and foot care) needs of patients.
- To work in collaboration with a team of Podiatrists and other care providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- BSc Degree In Podiatric Medicine or Diploma (if qualified prior 1991).
- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Certificate in local anaesthesia.
- Experience of multidisciplinary and interagency working.
- Experience of working with a wide range of patient and disease/pathology types, including at-risk and high-risk feet.
- Knowledge of recent developments in the profession.
