Property Progression Specialist

Established in North West London, our client is a renowned Independent Estate Agency. We are seeking an accomplished Property Progression Specialist to oversee the seamless progression of residential sales from agreement to completion.
Responsibilities:- Effectively process and progress all agreed sales through to completion
- Liaise with agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and local council representatives
- Communicate accurately with vendors and purchasers via telephone and email
- Maintain comprehensive running sales files and update relevant parties on sale progress
- Ensure exchange deadlines are met by demonstrating persistence and negotiation skills
To succeed as a Property Progression Specialist, you will require:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage and prioritise a busy workload
- Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, driven nature
- In-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Proven experience within a similar role in estate agency and familiarity with the UK property market
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and meet deadlines under pressure
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
