About the Job

We are looking for a talented Support and Care Specialist to join our team at Metropolitan Housing Trust. As a Support and Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering person-centred care and support to customers with varying levels of need;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer care and support.

We offer a salary of £22,308 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package, including 28 days annual leave and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

  • Experience of working in a care or support setting;
