Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Relief Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our crisis intervention unit, providing critical support to individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse, modern slavery, mental health issues, and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered support, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each client
- Develop and implement effective plans, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational standards and regulations
- Engage with external partners and stakeholders, building relationships and promoting collaboration

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or crisis intervention
- Strong understanding of domestic abuse, modern slavery, mental health issues, and complex needs, with a focus on trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse populations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
