**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Individual to fill the role of Internal Exclusion Support Specialist at London Academy.

This role will involve co-ordinating the internal exclusion facility, supporting students to reflect on their behaviour and actions, and promoting restorative practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students integrate into the school community with improved behaviour.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work constructively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Behaviour for Learning Policies and procedures

Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
