About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Internal Controls Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, testing, and reporting on business process controls in line with our approved testing calendar.
Your Key Responsibilities
">- Assessing Control Effectiveness">
- You will assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, documenting test results and communicating gaps identified to the business.">
- Testing and Reporting">
- You will perform testing aligned with our controls testing programme, producing reports of testing results and recommending corrective actions.">
- Liaising with Colleagues">
- You will liaise with colleagues globally to understand processes, facilitate standardisation, and support groupwide projects.">
What You'll Bring
">- CIMA, ACCA, CPA, CMIIA, CIA, or ACA certification.">
- A higher education degree in a finance-related field.">
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in industry, consulting, or external audit, preferably in internal/external audit, risk management, or business process improvement.">
- Experience with internal control and regulatory requirements.">
- Understanding of finance processes, risks, and controls for mid-size and listed organisations.">
- Agile change environment experience.">
Salary Information
">The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
