Development Manager for Social Care

About the Role: As a Property Development Project Manager at Tide Partnership, you will play a critical role in driving the organisation's property development initiatives and ensuring all projects run smoothly.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of property development and repurposing projects, ensuring all legal, planning, and compliance processes are completed efficiently, and acting as the main liaison between contractors, solicitors, planning consultants, and internal teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the health and social care sector
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within property development or real estate
- Strong understanding of legal and planning processes related to property transactions
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance framework requirements for properties
- Excellent organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges
