Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Outreach Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with local communities, build relationships, and promote our services. As an Outreach Advocate, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and contribute to our mission of creating a more just society.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Identify and develop effective outreach approaches to reach marginalized communities
* Foster partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance our services
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to service users

Requirements and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as community engagement or social work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary and Benefits
* Salary range: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
