Job Overview:

Habinteg Housing Association is seeking a skilled Housing Services Coordinator to deliver housing services to tenants at schemes in Barnet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for letting properties, conducting scheme inspections, and performing key health and safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Letting properties and conducting regular inspections to ensure the quality of our services.
  • Performing key health and safety checks to maintain a safe environment for our tenants.
  • Assisting tenants with rent payments and providing support to maintain their tenancies.
  • Liaising with social services and occupational health services to ensure the well-being of our tenants.

Requirements:

  • Experience in housing management in the social housing sector, preferably with a similar scope and scale.
  • A commitment to Habinteg's inclusive housing mission, promoting equality and diversity in all aspects of our work.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Working Style: We are looking for someone who can adapt to different circumstances and service demands, demonstrating a flexible and agile approach to their work.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
