Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Relief Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to clients, actively listening to their concerns and needs
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client requirements and develop personalized plans

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as social work, counseling, or crisis intervention
- Strong knowledge of domestic abuse, modern slavery, mental health issues, and complex needs, with a focus on trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
