Care Coordinator Opportunity

Nexgen Locum is seeking an experienced Senior Key Worker to join our team as a Care Coordinator. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.

The successful candidate will work closely with residents, families, and external agencies to provide high-quality care and support. They will be responsible for developing and implementing individual care plans, acting as a key contact for allocated residents, and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

This role offers a competitive salary, company pension, and on-site parking. The successful candidate will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Salary: £14 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and implement individual care plans, ensuring they meet residents' needs and goals.

  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment, managing challenging situations effectively.
