We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Specialist PMLD Support Worker to work with students who require specialised, personalised support to thrive in their educational journey.

Job Description:

As a Specialist PMLD Support Worker, you will work closely with other staff, therapists, and health professionals to provide a holistic approach to student support. Your role will involve providing individualised assistance tailored to the physical, sensory, and educational needs of multiple students.

  • PMLD Support Across the College: You will work with students across the college, providing support that is tailored to their unique needs.
  • Assist with Personal Care: You will assist students with personal care, including toileting, feeding, and hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Facilitate Learning and Engagement: You will assist in the delivery of sensory-based and practical activities that align with students' Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, estimated at £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
