We are currently seeking a highly motivated Support Worker for Young Learners to join our team at Step Teachers in Edgware. As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you will form a crucial part of our nursery team, supporting the development of young students and collaborating closely with staff.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging educational activities
  • Providing one-to-one support to children as needed
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience working with young children
  • A compassionate and understanding approach
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
